Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

untrained staff small fitness

The restaurant experience was quite disappointing (Zoom restaurant). I went for dinner. It seemed the staff were not well-trained. They also looked to have no idea what they should be doing. the fitness room was too small. People had to queue to use machines.

My room felt spacious and remained immaculately tidy. The location impressed me. The reception area and the roof terrace seemed beautiful, a nice touch.

The evening meal proved awful. There was no drinks menu available. We found that they didn't have many soft drinks suitable for teenagers.

spacious suite comfy bed useful amenity

The suite was quite spacious. The tv swivels for viewing from both the sofa and bed. the bed felt comfortable and included several pillows. almost every amenity was available for my stay. i really appreciated the apartment style room.

the air conditioning in my suite didn't turn off and that kept me awake. i think the hotel needs to sort out the mentioned issues and this will be a great hotel.

The gym has several machines available. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes. the rooftop bar provides great views. a buffet breakfast is offered each morning with a decent selection.

Excellent suites and location

My room was very spacious. I found the separate living room and bedroom very useful. The clever design also contributed to the great experience. The cleaning service tidied up some dust , though it wasn't perfect.

I was not able to access the rooftop bar, because it was fully booked throughout my entire stay.

missing forks empty dispenser

I found a couple of things disappointing . There were no forks available during breakfast. My room also lacked shower gel. The dispenser was empty and wasn't refilled by the staff. These small details impacted my experience somewhat.
